Business Development Associate – London

The Role: We are delighted to be recruiting for a Business Development Associate for one of the UK’s best-known names in Financial Services, employee recognition. As a BDA for our client, you will be responsible for creating and pursuing new sales opportunities within existing new logo accounts. You will exclusively be targeting the UK and European divisions of some of the worlds best known investment banks, hedge funds and insurers.

Whilst requiring phone-based sales experience, the role will offer regular chances to meet clients and prospects face to face in the UK and abroad.

Requirements: To be considered for the Business Development Associate role you must have:

· A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B Sales

· Phone based, NB sales experience

· Sociable, upbeat and positive people

The Package for Sales Representative:

· Basic: £26-31,000

· Bonus / OTE: + £15,000 – Year one

· Gym on site at office. Membership included in benefits.

The position of BDA is an international sales role, based from Canary Wharf a minimum of 2 days per week. As such the successful candidate must be commutable within an 1hr 30 mins.
