I started at BMS in August 2014. Throughout my time here I have progressed into different roles within the business and now manage our London marketing recruitment team. I began working at BMS a little over a year ago and have thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. In the midst of the pandemic, I started as a Business Development Manager. I was recently promoted to a newly created Market Development Manager role in the medical sector. I'd describe the culture as fun and collaborative. Everyone is encouraged to share their own ideas and take initiative. We are also meritocratic and recognise a job well done.

I started at BMS in March 2010. My children were young at the time and I was able to work part-time while still receiving a very good financial package. I've worked with some fantastic people who I'm proud to call my friends. In the Bristol office we work hard, but we also have fun. We recently relocated to a new office in the heart of town, which means great amenities on our doorstep. BMS is a great place to work for me and if I had one regret.. it would be that I didn't come here sooner.
