Territory Manager - Pressure Care

THE ROLE: The right candidate will be a part of a sales team focused within the Community. You will be responsible for implementing the sales strategy put in place from the Sales Director, focusing on the full range of pressure area care portfolio (mattresses, cushions, slings, hoists, patient turning aids/systems, decontamination unit) Typical stakeholders you will engage with are commissioners, partnership managers, procurement, occupational therapists. physios and clinical leads. Time will be mostly focused within local authorities, third parties, community equipment / loan stores, hospices, and wheelchair services. Full company and product training will be provided.

They provide a range of falls management and pressure area care devices and equipment, and a well-deserved impending retirement means that they are currently seeking to recruit a driven, ambitious, mouldable, confident, credible and career focused community sales or clinical individual to join their sales team and help to manage and grow their business across Northeast and East Yorkshire.

REQUIREMENTS: Either someone who has been selling devices, equipment or consumables into the above community environments or alternatively a band 5+ registered nurse with a good anatomy and physiology awareness who is seeking a new challenge in a field-based sales role. Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points on it.

THE PACKAGE FOR TERRITORY SALES MANAGER:

Basic Salary - £40,000 - £45,000

Commission/Bonus - £12k capped
