The Role: The Regional Sales Manager will be selling technical membranes which become part of a building envelope solution. These membranes can tackle condensation, acoustic issues, fire prevention, air tightness, and they also have ground gas protection products which are all used across the residential and commercial space.

The Regional Sales Manager will be taking on a 'cradle to grave' sales role which will target the Modular Offsite market (30%), High-Rise projects (30%), and the Housebuilding sector (60%). This role is very much specification driven, so the Regional Sales Manager will be working hard at the front-end of projects to deliver CPD's to the Architects and spec the product in. From there, the Regional Sales Manager will work closely with the contractors and merchants to ensure that the specification is adhered to, and the right levels of technical support are given.

The Regional Sales Manager will be given a range of support from their peers such as a dedicated Internal Sales Executive to support with the booking of CPD's and meetings, Marketing department, Technical department, a Specification Manager in London adding value, as well as BDM's supporting with Contractors & Merchants across the region.

Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE + bi-annual profit related bonus scheme + Company Car + pension + 27 days holiday (with stats on top) + Phone + Laptop
