Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers, contractors, and internal teams flooring products.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to installation, maintenance, and performance of company flooring systems.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and product development teams to address customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Potentially conduct on-site visits as needed to assess project requirements, offer technical assistance, and provide training sessions for customers and contractors.

Requirements:

  • Background in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in technical support or a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
  • Ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
