THE ROLE: This is an exciting opportunity for somebody to break into the rewarding world of orthopaedics sales! The successful Business Development Manager will be working within NHS and private hospitals in the West Midlands where you will sell a range of top-quality trauma implants to orthopaedic surgeons, theatre nurses, theatre managers and procurement. Full product training will be provided and career and earning prospects are very attractive.

REQUIREMENTS

For the Business Development Manager role, we are looking for the following: -

  • Experience of selling to NHS hospitals
  • A new business hunter mentality, ideally with examples of winning new accounts
  • Very commercially switched on with excellent customer handling skills
  • Committed to driving business forward and an excellent work ethic
  • Full UK driving licence

The package for the Business Development Manager:

  • Basic: £45,000 - £55,000
  • Bonus: £26,000+ uncapped commission
  • Car: Fully expensed company car or car allowance
  • Benefits: Healthcare, pension, 25 days holiday + stats
