THE ROLE: As Business Development Manager, the successful candidate will be managing, winning and growing commercial relationships with local authorities, housing associations, NHS and private hospitals, care homes and domiciliary settings in the main. Full product training will be provided and career / earning prospects are attractive, as is the company culture.

A rare and exciting opportunity currently exists for a driven, credible, resilient and patient-focussed sales professional to manage and grow their business within the Scotland, the North East and Cumbria (candidate location needs to be Scotland).

REQUIREMENTS: 4-5+ years of sales experience is required and preference will be given to those with a proven, stable and successful track record selling products or services into the same sector.

THE PACKAGE FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:

Basic Salary - £35,000 to £50,000

Commission/Bonus - £25,000

Company Car - Hybrid - BMW or similar
