Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities, while managing any clients that you bring on for 2 years. This is a predominantly a new business focused role. You will be prospecting multi-academy trusts, identifying their areas needing improvement through previous Ofsted inspection reports and providing a solution through your products, helping schools to raise their Ofsted grading. The sale is highly consultative and lead times can vary but are often more than 6 months. Requirements:

  • You MUST have sold to the education channel previously.
  • Confident with market research, generating new leads and problem solving.
  • A friendly, personable approach - can mirror those selling to in the education channel.

The Package:

  • £40,000 basic
  • OTE £15,000 (paid monthly)
