Area Specification Sales Manager

The Role of Area Specification Sales Manager - M&E Products: As an Area Specification Manager, you will have responsibility for the full project sales process, starting with winning specifications, with M&E Consultants in the design phase, of their range of water treatment equipment which includes scale control, disinfection and impurity removal. You will follow this through with the installer / M&E Contractor and the merchant if the contractor prefers to purchase via a distributor. The role comes with a well-developed account base of contractors and merchants and you will be task with growing their spend as well as delivering CPD seminars to the consultant customer base. The role is covering Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire Buckinghamshire and the western half of Greater London

For the position of Area Specification Sales Manager - M&E Products, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

· Minimum of 3 years B2B field sales experience

· You enjoy and are capable of selling technical products consultatively

· Full UK driving licence

· Excellent communication and team working skills

· Ambitious, competitive, target driven and smartly presented

· Presentation skills

Benefits of This Area Specification Sales Manager - M&E Products:

£38,000 - £45,000 basic salary

£10,000 OTE uncapped

Car allowance £585 per month, fuel card

20 days annual leave, increasing to 25 + stats
