The Company Recruiting for Area Sales Manager - Flat Roofing Products:

The Purpose of the Role of Area Sales Manager - Flat Roofing Products:

As Area Sales Manager, your remit will be to sell high specification flat roofing products including single ply membrane, bituminous, liquid and torch on, across a territory covering south England and London. All of the products are sold via a network of roofing merchants such as AJW and Skyline, for which you will have responsibility at branch level. This will include conducting staff training sessions and holding trade days. Part of the role will be to generate demand for the product by growing sales with approved roofing contractors and looking to onboard new roofing contractors onto the approved installer scheme.

For the position of Area Sales Manager - Flat Roofing Products, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Must have experience of flat roofing
• Ideally sold flat roofing products for a merchant or manufacturer but will consider a roofer looking for a change in career
• Ambitious and driven to further their career
• Excellent team working ability
• Great relationship and account management skills
• Driving licence & experience of using a CRM system

• Up to £47,000 - £52,000 base salary DoE, plus 25% bonus, uncapped
