The Role: Based in the Midlands, the successful Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of six direct reports, sales people who sell capital equipment into the end user sector, dealing with industries including schools, healthcare, transport and hospitality. You will have full P&L responsibility for the area. Initial and ongoing training here is excellent, as are your sales career options.

They are renowned for the quality of both their product and service levels and hire a range of specialist capital equipment to end users in sectors such as education, leisure, corporate, hospitality and local authorities.

For this Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Strong field sales skills
  • A proven track record of managing a field sales team
  • You will ideally come from a solutions sales background
  • Excellent coaching and developing skills are paramount and you will be highly structured in your approach
