Job Description:
As an Electro-Mechanical Field Service Maintenance Engineer, your primary focus will be on delivering maintenance, repair, and installation services to our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting maintenance and repair services on a variety of equipment and systems, with a particular emphasis on fire dampers, fire compartmentalization, and control panels.
- Working on control panels, maintenance and commissioning.
- Diagnosing faults and swiftly repairing equipment to minimize downtime for our customers.
- Complying with company health and safety policies to ensure safe work practices at all times.
- Collaborating effectively with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the successful completion of projects.
Skills and Experience:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in a similar field service engineering capacity, with a strong background in electro-mechanical systems.
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities, enabling you to interact with clients professionally and effectively.
- A valid full driving license, as you will be traveling to customer sites across Leinster.
- The capability to work efficiently under pressure, managing your time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field would be advantageous, demonstrating your expertise in the domain.
