Key Responsibilities:
* Provide engineering expertise and drive continuous improvement.
* Manage production projects and resources efficiently.
* Engage with multi-disciplinary teams to meet objectives.
* Lead and mentor the production team.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety policies.
* Maintain accurate process documentation.
Key Requirements:
* Engineering degree.
* Experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
* Proven involvement in CapEx projects.
* Strong project management skills.
* Background in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred.
* Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities.
What We Offer:
