As Head of Marketing, you will play a critical role in driving demand generation and customer engagement to support the company's ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to support growth targets.
  • Drive demand generation through targeted campaigns and initiatives, working closely with the sales team to generate leads and support the sales process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, driving customer engagement and retention.
  • Develop and manage the brand and positioning in the market.
  • Lead a team of marketers, setting clear objectives and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Measure and analyse marketing performance, using data to inform decision-making and refine strategies as needed.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving the marketing approach.
  • Represent the company at events and conferences, building a strong network in the industry.
  • Contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company, providing insight and recommendations for improvement.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS
  • Experience leading and managing a team of marketers.
  • Demonstrated success in driving demand generation and customer engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Location: The position of Head of Marketing can be based anywhere in the UK. It is important to note that travel to London will be required so please bear this in mind when applying.
