They have grown into an organisation that now produces and markets 1000's of concrete products to a number of sectors throughout the UK and Ireland, with their products having contributed to some leading sports grounds and music arenas across the country.

As well as a focus on quality, they are continuously developing unique ranges of world-class, innovative paving and walling products and distinguishes themselves by being able to offer bespoke solutions for its commercial customers. They are a key provider of solutions to architects, specifiers and builders throughout the UK & Ireland.

What does the role involve?

This is a field based role in which you will be expected to conduct face to face meetings that should result in the acquisition of specifications. A specification is when an architect chooses your products to be added to the construction drawings for a project and will ultimately lead to an order of goods for the development. The geographical area you will be covering is between Lancashire and Stoke inc North Wales.

You will be representing their full range of paving, facing brick and retaining wall solutions. The meetings that you will have are called Continuing Professional Development (CPD) meetings. These will be held with Architects, Landscape Architects, Engineers and Local Authorities to develop their knowledge and awareness of AG products and solutions.

Given this is a graduate position, full training is provided on the products, market and how to conduct effective CPD meetings. You will get the chance to shadow existing employees with the viewpoint of progression into a more senior sales role over time.

Salary Package & Benefits:

  • £28,000 basic salary
  • £40k OTE
