My client is a UK-based company providing critical power solutions like uninterruptible power supplies, generators, and battery systems. Serving industries such as healthcare, telecommunications, and finance, they specialise in designing, installing, and maintaining reliable power systems with a strong focus on innovation and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop electrical designs for generator equipment using CAD software.
* Create and export bills of materials for procurement.
* Produce wiring and interconnection diagrams.
* Collaborate with other departments on projects.
* Support sales and application engineers with quotes and enquiries.
Key Requirements
* 1-2 years of electrical design engineering experience.
* Experience with generators is highly desirable.
* Beneficial: experience in generator servicing or maintenance.
* Relevant design experience in pump, diesel engine, marine, or rail design advantageous.
* Proficiency in CAD software.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
What We Offer
* Salary: £27k - £45k, depending on experience.
* 37.5-hour week, Monday - Friday, with early finish on Fridays.
