Engineering Manager (Lighting)

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Production Engineering team, including mentoring and coaching young apprentices.
* Collaborate with design team on projects.
* Improve processes and DFM.
* Directly manage engineers and oversee daily activities.
* Liaise with internal departments for project completion.
Key Requirements:
* Engineering managerial experience in the manufacturing, engineering, technical or electronics sectors.
* Project management experience beneficial.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Fast-paced manufacturing industry experience.
