Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers, contractors, and internal teams flooring products.
- Troubleshoot issues related to installation, maintenance, and performance of company flooring systems.
- Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and product development teams to address customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Potentially conduct on-site visits as needed to assess project requirements, offer technical assistance, and provide training sessions for customers and contractors.
Requirements:
- Background in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Drylining, Timber frame, or acoustics.
- Proven experience in technical support or a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
