THE COMPANY: Our client is one of Northern Ireland's leading suppliers of construction products. With locations nationwide, this organization supplies the construction and DIY market with a range of brands from domestic suppliers including international suppliers. As part of their continued growth plans, the company is now looking to recruit a Branch Manager in Enniskillen to manage high performing location.
THE ROLE: As the successful Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals in various disciplines, including sales, support, and operations within the branch. There are 14 on the team currently, with varying levels of experience. You will be responsible for driving sales of the branch by building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry, dealing with main contractors as well as the general public throughout your region.
This role is based 100% in the branch in Enniskillen County Fermanagh, Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 5pm. You must work 1 Saturday per month, 8am - 12pm. This is on a rota between you and your team.
FOR THIS BRANCH MANAGER ROLE, WE ARE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
- Experience selling construction products or services is essential
- Experience selling to Main Contractors in essential
- You must be able to win business with senior-level decision-makers
- Management experience is not essential, you will be considered if you are looking to move into a more senior position in the construction industry
- Experience with sales is a MUST have.
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- You must be driven, ambitious and self-motivated

- Basic salary: £45,000 - £60,000 DOE
