Our client, one of Irelands largest distributor of sports equipment who are seeking a service coordinator in Dublin.
THE COMPANY:
With several decades of experience, our client stands as one of Ireland's leading providers of sports equipment. Its clientele includes prominent sporting organisations as well as commercial clients. Offering a diverse range of products across various brands, the company caters to a large and varied customer base. Currently, they are expanding their team and are in search of a service coordinator in Dublin.
THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will have the following tasks:
- Schedule service and maintenance for the field service engineers
- Deal with clients and manage their needs
- Work closely with the install and service team
- Identifying the need for discipline or training on the team
THE CANDIDATE:
Our client will look at:
- Strong coordination or admin people in engineering or technical companies
- Any service manager or service coordinator experience is beneficial
THE PACKAGE:
- Salary: €40-50k
- Laptop & phone
