Job Description
- Oversee Logistics: Ensure seamless project operations by managing the logistics of the construction project, guaranteeing everything runs like clockwork.
- Plan and Delegate: Strategically plan project tasks and effectively delegate responsibilities to the team, ensuring every member knows their role.
- Timely Reviews: Conduct regular reviews of project timelines, budgets, and labour allocation to keep everything on track.
- Budget Management: Set and agree upon project budgets, maintaining a keen eye on financial parameters.
- Site Visits: Regularly visit the project site to ensure quality, safety, and progress are in accordance with the project plan.
Candidates We Are Looking For
- Qualified Trade Mechanically
- Building Services Experience: Solid experience in building services within the construction industry.
- Supervisory Experience: Previous supervisory experience is essential to lead and guide the project team effectively.
Package
- Salary ranging from €80,000 to €90,000, dependent on experience.
