Market leading manufacturers of animal feed for the Agri sector are seeking an Electrician in Kilkenny.
THE COMPANY:
Our client, established over 100 years ago, are pioneers in the animal nutrition industry, supplying feed designed by expert teams, and manufacturing on site at their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Kilkenny. With worldwide distribution, and a regular flow of work, and a financial turnover of over 100 million, our client is continuing to grow and is seeking a Maintenance Electrician.
THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will be based in the Kilkenny manufacturing facility and will be a mix between day shifts (6:00-14:30) and evening shifts (13:00-21:00), and will have the following duties:
- Carry out a preventative maintenance schedule as well as breakdown repair works.
- The role will have electrical and mechanical elements.
- Work on conveyors, packaging machinery, milling machines, control systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Maintain companies' utility systems.
THE PERSON:
We are looking to speak to those with the following backgrounds:
- Must be a qualified Electrician.
- Prior manufacturing experience is desirable but not a prerequisite.
THE PACKAGE:
- Salary: €52-56.5k (DOE with evening premium included)
