THE ROLE: The successful Technical Customer Service Representative will primarily deal with inbound inquiries from Mechanical+Electrical Contractors, Consultant Engineers, merchants, and end users. You will be providing quotations & planning to design and maintenance engineers, managing directors, and procurement departments, with some account management responsibilities too. You will join a diverse team of young sales engineers who will provide peer-to-peer support as you settle into your new position, our client are committed to fostering a supportive and collaborative culture.
THE COMPANY: With over fifty years of supplying the Irish market, this industry leader is now recruiting an additional Technical Support Representative based out of their office in South Dublin as they grow their team. Part of a wider group that both manufacturers and distributes a varying portfolio of renewable of solutions to the construction sector this business as a whole can offer a one stop shop for the Merchant, Developer and Installer.

This role is 100% office-based Monday to Friday, working hours of 9am to 5pm
FOR THIS POSITION, WE ARE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
- Graduate / second career move
- Engineering/Construction qualification is essential
- The ability to pick up the technicalities of the products is important
- Independent and consultative candidates with a real hunger for success
