Job Title: Field Service Maintenance Engineer
Job Description: As a Field Service Maintenance Engineer at, you will be responsible for providing maintenance, repair and installation services to our clients. The role will involve travel to customer sites and working on a range of equipment and systems including fire systems. You will be responsible for diagnosing faults, repairing equipment and ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing maintenance and repair services to customer sites across Leinster, fire dampers, fire compartmentalisation and control panels.
- Undertaking installation projects as required.
- Diagnosing faults and repairing equipment in a timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate records of all work carried out, including timesheets and parts used.
- Ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with company health and safety policies and procedures.
- Liaising with other departments and teams to ensure that work is completed to customer satisfaction.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar field service engineering role.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Full driving licence.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field would be an advantage.
- Our client is willing to provide training for someone who has a good attitude and who is looking to build a career
- Those working in a warehouse role who is looking to move into an engineer position
