With a parent company of global renown and multiple brands within the group, this is an exciting opportunity for a junior sales rep wanting to grow within a manufacturer. This organization is renowned for high-quality and innovative products, excellent technical training, and a company ethos that empowers its employees to develop and progress.

THE ROLE: An amazing opportunity to develop the contractor and distribution partners across Southern Ireland. Selling a range of acoustic sand-suspended ceilings as well as wall panels and affiliated products. You will target main and specialist contractors in the field as well as building and managing key distribution partners and some architects. Working closely with a supportive and experienced project sales manager you will collaborate on education and healthcare-related projects in the ROI and look to protect specifications and grow contractor relationships where possible.

Ideally suited to a candidate who has worked in a field-based construction role managing contractors and subcontractors or has possibly worked for a national distributor and is looking to progress to working with a manufacturer. Internal sales team support and full product training will be given to the successful candidate.

THE PERSON:

* Either have sold an interior or exterior construction product to contractors, or distributors

* Ideally has a track record of effectively managing a territory and is happy doing new business and account management.

* Understanding of the project specification and contractor sales process

* Customer-facing experience and happy on site

* Able to utilise CRM, business tools, and lead-generation products efficiently

* Tenacious, resilient, and a desire to exceed targets

* Must be well-presented, ambitious, driven, enthusiastic, articulate, and personable

* Full Clean Driving licence

THE PACKAGE FOR ACCOUNT MANAGER:

* Basic Salary €50,000 - €60,000

* Bonus - 20% of basic salary

* Company pension contribution, private health insurance, lunch allowance

* 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays

LOCATION: Nationwide - Leinster - Carlow, Dublin, Kildare, Kilkenny, Laois, Longford, Louth, Meath, Offaly, Westmeath, Wexford and Wicklow. Munster - Clare, Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Tipperary and Waterford. Connacht - Galway, Leitrim, Mayo, Roscommon and Sligo.
