THE COMPANY: Established over 50 years and with a multi-million turnover, this award-winning supplier in the electrical industry is enjoying some excellent growth, hence their current requirement for two Regional Sales Managers to join their team. They are the market leader in their industry and boast some impressive globally known brands in their portfolio.
The Role - Area Business Manager
Territory: 32 Counties - Nationwide
As the successful Area Business Manager, you will be managing a small commercial team of experienced sales representatives as well as some of the more sizable national accounts. Your team will be selling a range of electrical products including but not limited to cables, automation, enclosures, switchgear, controls and accessories.
One Regional Sales Manager will manage the Panel Builder clients whereas the other opportunity will solely look after the Wholesaler market. To be considered for either role you must have experience selling into one or the other.
You will sell to engineering managers, technical managers, electricians, and buyers. This role will entail the management of an impressive portfolio of accounts. Some time spent seeking new business will also be necessary but the majority of this role will be account management.
For this Area Business Manager, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- You will have B2B experience selling electrical products
- You will have sold to electrical wholesalers or Panel Builders nationally - this is essential!
- Management experience is not required if you are looking to make the next step in your career
- Commutable distance to Dublin
- You will be driven, outgoing, target-orientated, and hungry to succeed.
- Professional in approach
- Full & Clean Driving license
