Aryzta is one of the largest frozen bakery companies in the world. The group has a leadership position in the speciality frozen bakery sector and is a global supplier of baked goods.
They operate 60 bakeries and kitchens across Europe, North America, South America, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
Their training need:
- develop a consistent and structured sales and customer engagement process across the business
- enhance the current ability and performance of the sales and management teams
- invest in a structured management development programme.
WHAT WE DID
Workshops and Programmes
We delivered a series of regional workshops followed by practical reinforcement sessions
Introduced a coaching programme for senior team members based around the GROW model
Developed a customer engagement programme
Supported all departments with skills to improve customer service and equipped them with tools to develop opportunities within the Aryzta customer base
Designed an Aryzta 6 Step Sales Process focussing on Value Propostion
We provided the teams with a framework for conducting effective customer meetings and a formalised plan for developing account spend and territory turnover
