what was the training need?

Aryzta is one of the largest frozen bakery companies in the world. The group has a leadership position in the speciality frozen bakery sector and is a global supplier of baked goods.

They operate 60 bakeries and kitchens across Europe, North America, South America, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

Their training need:

  • develop a consistent and structured sales and customer engagement process across the business
  • enhance the current ability and performance of the sales and management teams
  • invest in a structured management development programme.

We delivered a series of regional workshops followed by practical reinforcement sessions

Introduced a coaching programme for senior team members based around the GROW model

Supported all departments with skills to improve customer service and equipped them with tools to develop opportunities within the Aryzta customer base

Designed an Aryzta 6 Step Sales Process focussing on Value Propostion

Consistent structure

We provided the teams with a framework for conducting effective customer meetings and a formalised plan for developing account spend and territory turnover
