Work life
At the time of writing this, I have been at BMS since 2013 and have been in B2B sales for just shy of 20 years! I’ve been fortunate enough to work my way right up the career ladder at BMS starting out as a Key Account Manager (which was essentially a 100% new business job building a client base – a reminder of how subjective job titles can be!), to becoming the top performing National Account Manager in the business 3 years running acquiring and developing some of BMS’s largest clients, moving into a player/manager role for circa 2 years and then progressing to my current role which is leading a large team of sales professionals that operate in several job functions nationally.

I am extremely passionate about all things recruitment, sales strategies, mindset and self-development which is I guess were the key drivers for me in launching this podcast. Our goal is to share insights, perspectives and tips all things sales & recruitment related to help companies to continually improve how they recruit sales professionals and to help sales professionals sell more effectively and push their careers forward!

Work Life
In my role at BMS, I specialise in helping companies within the MedTech, Healthcare, Scientific, Dental, and Veterinary sectors recruit top sales and clinical professionals, both in the UK and abroad. With nearly four years at BMS (started in 2021), my passion for sales recruitment drives me to constantly learn and stay updated on the best products and solutions that enhance healthcare systems. My job is incredibly fulfilling as I assist organisations in finding exceptional talent. Recruitment goes beyond a 9-5 job; it involves building strong relationships with candidates and clients and navigating market challenges. My key principles are to stay humble, work hard, ‘always be curious ‘ and maintain a positive attitude – after all, there’s enough negativity in the world, and no one wants to deal with a negative recruiter!

Outside of Work
When I’m not working, I’m passionate about health and fitness and an avid sports enthusiast – I love football, cricket, golf, NBA, and NFL. Recently, I travelled to Ireland and discovered a new passion for Gaelic football… I also enjoy traveling, exploring different cuisines but I’m always keen for a Nando’s and spending quality time with my family and friends.
