UK Sales Manager - Facilities & Support Services for the Care Home Sector
We're hiring a UK Sales Manager to lead a high‑performing national team within the care homes sector.
You'll manage 6 field‑based Sales Heads, driving people leadership, coaching and commercial delivery across key regions.
This role suits a proven field‑based sales leader who thrives on accountability, performance management and developing others. Expect regular
field accompaniment, hands‑on deal coaching and full ownership of team results.

Package:
£60-70k basic + 30% OTE, company car, private medical, 25 days holiday + BH, pension.
Ideal location: SW, Western Home Counties or West Midlands, with national travel required.
