Their pharma portfolio spans Glaucoma, Cataract/Ocular Surgery, Retinal and Dry Eye, all known for their clinical impact and market-leading quality.

The Role

As Territory Manager, you will be a key clinical and commercial contact across your region, working directly with ophthalmologists and having a real impact on patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Engage stakeholders across NHS and private hospitals:
  • Ophthalmologists, surgeons, pharmacists, procurement, specialist nurses, theatre managers, hospital management, cataract & glaucoma leads and transformation leads
  • Drive growth of the glaucoma portfolio at ICB level - pathways, guidelines, formulary wins
  • Majority focus on secondary care, plus activity in primary care and retail pharmacy
  • Proactively prospect new business, build relationships, and secure long-term commercial wins

This role is ideal for those with medtech theatre exposure or pharma reps wanting to develop deeper clinical expertise in a specialist market.


Requirements

  • ABPI qualification beneficial but not essential, it will strengthen your application
  • Sales experience within primary or secondary care
  • Strong prospecting ability and a track record of winning new business
  • Experience with formulary inclusion, pathways, guidelines (advantageous)
  • Full UK driving licence

Package

  • Basic salary: £45,000 - £60,000 (upper end for relevant industry experience)
  • Commission: 20% uncapped (approx. £9,000)
  • Car: Executive company car or £700/month allowance
  • Benefits: Vitality healthcare, 10% pension, laptop, mobile, 25 days holiday + additional benefits
