THE ROLE: As Sales Specialist, the successful candidate will enjoy a consultative sales role with a healthy mix of new business and account management, typically working with surgeons, consultants, theatre managers, ODPs theatre staff and procurement. You will be selling very much on clinical features and benefits. Full product training will be provided and career and earning prospects are outstanding.
THE COMPANY: Established for over a decade now and enjoying consistent and exciting growth, this European organisation manufacture an innovative range of abdominal wall reconstruction, biologic hernia repair and reinforced tissue matrix and their products are reimbursed. Further expansion means that they are currently seeking to recruit an entrepreneurial, driven and motivated surgical sales professional to manage and further develop their business within Scotland and the North East. This territory is performing well but there is still loads to go at!
REQUIREMENTS: A proven track record within surgical / theatre sales, ideally within general surgery and / or consumables. Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points on it.

The Package for Sales Specialist:
- Basic: £40,000 to £60,000
- Commission: £30,000+ uncapped
- Car allowance: £8,000 per year
- Benefits: Pension, 25 days holiday + stats
