The Role: This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join one of the most respected names in the medical device industry. With over 50 years of excellence in supplying hospitals with high-quality infusion technology, this role focuses on maintaining and expanding business across the South West of England - from Bristol to Truro.

As Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of the Infusion Technology portfolio across your territory, selling into Secondary Care settings. Delivering best-in-class service to clinical teams, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and identifying new business opportunities to drive profitable growth. Liaising with EBME, anaesthetists, nurses, ward managers, ODPs and procurement.

Requirements:

  • Must have medical device or equipment sales experience OR come from a clinical background having used infusion med-tech in hospital settings
  • Ideally sold to biomedical engineers (EBME)
  • Full UK driving license with no more than 6 points

The Package for Business Development Manager:

* Basic salary: £45,000 - £55,000

* Uncapped OTE: £20,000+

* Company car or car allowance (£7,200)

* 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
