The Role

As Territory Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving both new business and managing existing accounts across key hospitals in London (NHS and private).

This is a consultative, clinically focused sales role, selling on the strength of product features, benefits and outcomes.

You'll engage with:

  • Interventional cardiologists
  • Vascular surgeons
  • Radiologists
  • Cath lab managers and staff
  • Procurement and commercial stakeholders

Full product and clinical training is provided. You'll be joining a highly credible and supportive team with ambitious growth goals.


Candidate Profile

We're seeking one of the following:

  • Candidates must have experience selling to cath labs to be considered for this position

You will need:

  • A full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
  • Strong clinical understanding and confidence in a hospital environment
  • A consultative approach and ability to build trust with clinicians

Package & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: £35,000-£60,000 (depending on experience)
  • Commission: £26,000+ (uncapped and realistic)
  • Company Car or Car Allowance
  • Benefits: 26 days holiday + bank holidays, pension, full training and development plan
