THE ROLE OF TERRITORY MANAGER:
This Territory Manager will play a crucial role in driving share of market growth, volume and brand activations in independent retail outlets
· Building close partnerships with independent retailers to drive sales of nicotine based products
· Achieving monthly sales targets
· Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times and implement effective account management strategies
· Ownership of territory planning and management
· Drive non combustible categories to ensure BAT brands achieve market leading status in stores
· Working with leading brands such as Vuse, Glo and Velo
ABOUT YOU:
Essentials:
· A full clean driving license
· Experience within B2B or B2C sales positions
· Outgoing and positive personality, excellent communicator able to influence others
· Great team player but also able to work independently and effectively
· Manages time and priorities to ensure maximum productivity
· Strong will to succeed with the ability to self-track targets
· Basic use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft outlook)
WHAT WE OFFER:
· Competitive Base Salary: £34,722 + £3,000 London weighting
· Bonus: Annually up to 30%, available upon achieving targets
