The Company Recruiting for Territory Sales Manager - Industrial Flooring:

This is a rare opportunity to join a British manufacturing company which has been established for over 20 years and a clear market leader in their field. This global company, designs, manufacturers and installs specialist anti-slip flooring, decking and stairway products used across a number of markets including warehousing, distribution centres, food and beverage manufacturing, petrochemical and rail. The role will suit an ambitious, money motivated solutions based, ambitious salesperson.

The Purpose of the Role of Territory Sales Manager - Industrial Flooring:

You will be tasked with growing sales across the established, high-performing south east region by identifying prospects and winning projects via a number of routes to market such as architects, consultants, contractors and end user clients. Lead times can be anything from 1 month up to 6 months with project order values ranging from £10k - £200k. There is an established client base but there is a significant opportunity for growth by developing relationships with new customers.

For the position of Territory Sales Manager - Industrial Flooring, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Consultative, project based field sales experience
  • Money motivated and ambitious
  • Excellent sales pipeline management and forecasting skills
  • Initiative and able to work independently
  • Must be well presented, driven, enthusiastic, articulate and personable
  • Driving licence

  • £40.000 - £50,000 base salary DOE, double OTE, uncapped commission
