Territory Sales Manager - £35K to £40K + £12K Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance
- Managing 25 accounts and developing new business
- Top performing patch which is only vacant due to previous incumbent being promoted

Candidate Location: South London, Kent, Surrey
The Role: As the Territory Sales Manager, your core focus will be developing your existing accounts and winning new business with mid-market & large companies as well as public sector organisations. 60% of your time will be spent driving new business and 40% working with your existing accounts but this may fluctuate one way or the other over time. A typical week will consist of 15 meetings which will be a mixture of video and face to face with decision makers such as; Procurement Directors, Facilities Managers and Directors, Operational Heads etc. The Territory Sales Manager will have autonomy over their diary and will work very closely with two local service centres which means visiting these centres once or twice a week to cultivate internal relationships. The Territory Sales Manager will be aiming to win high value new business, a typical account could be £150K+ in annual revenue so this means that the sales cycle length can be anything from 2 - 6 months. The territory currently turns over £1.2M, a growth target of 10% is expected this year and £150K of that should come from new business acquisition.

For this Territory Sales Manager role, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- 2 years minimum B2B sales experience
- Will consider candidates that have come from any type of B2B sales background
- Must be consultative in your sales approach, hungry, driven and a self-starter
The Package for this Territory Sales Manager role is:
- Basic: - £35,000 - £40,000
- Bonus: - £12K+ Uncapped Comm
- £4.5K Car Allowance
