Territory Sales Manager

The Role
Reporting into the Commercial team, you will drive new business and manage existing relationships across the community sector, working with local authorities, NHS loan stores, hospitals, wheelchair services and third party providers such as Redcross and Mediquip. Key contacts include NHS commissioners, partner managers, procurement teams, occupational therapists, clinical leads and budget holders. You'll be supported by a structured induction, tailored ongoing training, and the backing of a business currently on target to grow year on year.

Location
Covering the East Midlands, East Anglia to Kent and the south coast.
Requirements
- Medical device sales experience
- Knowledge of the NHS, hospices and Community Equipment Services advantageous; candidates with device training backgrounds also considered
- Comfortable managing a large territory with a mix of new business and account management
- Hard working, focused and able to bring fresh ideas to the table
- Full UK driving licence required
The Package
- £40,000 to £45,000 basic salary
- £16,000 OTE, uncapped
- Company car or car allowance
- Non-contributory pension
