Territory Sales Manager

UK & European manufacturer of MRO chemicals and ancillaries seeks a driven Territory Sales Manager to cover South West England. This hybrid field-based role combines new business development with account management, focusing on selling industrial consumables into engineering, construction, and industrial sectors. You'll manage key distributor accounts (top 15 of ~70), build strategic plans to drive end-user demand, rekindle relationships, and grow existing business through regular customer visits (4-5 per day).

The company is a well-established global group with UK and European manufacturing, strong supply capabilities, and a reputation for investing in employee development. They offer a dynamic environment following recent business transformation.

Ideal candidates will have industrial field sales experience, a proven track record managing accounts, and experience selling via distribution channels. Based in the South West.

Salary up to £45k + bonus, hybrid car, and full benefits package.
