THE ROLE: A truly market leading international manufacturer of defibrillators and resuscitation equipment. This division within the organisation sells directly to hospitals. They are currently seeking to recruit a driven, focused, hungry and experienced Clinician (critical care nurse, paramedic etc) OR capital equipment medical sales professional to maintain and further grow their business within the Scotland, Cumbria and the North East. Field based and being the face of the company, the successful candidate will be liaising with leading clinicians, procurement and tender managers within NHS and private hospitals - leading the sales cycle, driving new business develop their territory.

THE COMPANY: This UK-based healthcare technology provider specialises in advanced medical devices and software solutions designed to improve emergency care and support critical clinical interventions. The organisation develops and supplies life‑saving technologies used by clinicians, emergency services, and trained responders across the country.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experienced Clinician (ICU Nurse, Paramedic etc)
  • OR have sold medical capital equipment
  • Living ideally in Scotland OR anywhere north of Cumbria and Durham
  • Full driving licence with no more than 6 points

THE PACKAGE FOR TERRITORY SALES MANAGER:

  • Basic: £40,000-£55,000
  • OTE: £18,000+ uncapped
  • Benefits: Healthcare, pension, 25 days holiday + stats, full company benefits.
  • Car allowance £550 per month
