Area Sales Manager - Industrial Lubricants

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious sales professional to step into a field-based role selling premium industrial lubricants. Ideal for someone currently in an internal sales position, this role offers the chance to progress into external sales with a globally recognised brand known for innovation and outstanding technical support.

Covering the South West of England, you will manage an established portfolio of approximately 40 accounts while driving new business growth. Around 60% of your time will focus on account management, with the remaining 40% dedicated to developing new opportunities across sectors such as aerospace, automotive, energy, food & beverage, and manufacturing. You will engage with stakeholders at all levels, from procurement to engineering teams, through face-to-face meetings.

Candidates should have 1-2 years' experience in technical or industrial sales, be highly motivated, eager to learn, and hold a full driving licence.

This role offers clear progression, with the opportunity to take over the full territory as the current manager approaches retirement.

Package includes £30,000-£35,000 basic salary, uncapped commission (£5,000-£10,000 OTE), £719 monthly car allowance, 24 days holiday plus bank holidays, private medical cover, and pension
