Territory Manager - Surgical Sales

Territory - Bristol mainly but you will be responsible for the South Wales + South West patch.

You will be based in theatre, covering surgical cases daily. Liaising with plastic/breast surgeons, theatre sisters and consultants. Our client is best known for their breast implants, but sell a range of other products too. 50%NHS / 50% private healthcare in terms of customer base.

Comprehensive induction which includes full product training to ensure your success in the role!


JOB OVERVIEW;
  • Field based role, majority of time spent in theatre!
  • At the moment, their key customers are in Bristol - so you will be here often
  • They have won business with Spire, Nuffield & Ramsey to name a few
  • Territory is South Wales + South West - as the company grows, so will travel across this region more
  • They have been operating for 45 years but new to the UK market!
  • FDA approved, leading manufacturer in aesthetics
  • Recruiting for 2 reps due to company growth!

THE JOB;
  • Selling the above medical devices/implants to surgeons, theatre staff, sisters, consultants and procurement
  • Identifying new customers, activating them and maintaining strong relationships with them
  • Arrange meetings and proactively cold calling hospital/clinical staff and procurement
  • Stay updated on the latest clinical data provided by the company and effectively present this information to healthcare professionals during meetings.
  • Negotiate pricing and finalise contract agreements with new prospects
  • Work closely with the Customer Service team on price quotations, tenders, frameworks, pricing, order samples, and resolving customer issues

Requirements for the job;

  • Full driving licence
  • Must have a anatomy/physiology based science degree
  • Commutable to Bristol daily
  • Wants to work in theatre

Package;

  • £35-50K basic + monthly uncapped commission - OTE £24K annually
