The Role

Working consultatively with healthcare professionals across operating rooms, theatres, central sterile services departments (CSSD), and endoscopy suites. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a range of high-quality products and solutions, as well as managing instrument and equipment repair services within a portfolio of infection prevention devices and services.

This role involves a 60/40 split between new business development and account management within NHS and private hospitals. Key contacts will include theatre staff, procurement teams, sterile services departments (SSD), EBME, and service departments. Full product and company training will be provided.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a tenacious, driven, and credible healthcare sales or clinical professional to manage and develop their business within the North West. Given the territory focus, candidates must be based in the North West.

Requirements

  • Ideally, candidates will have hospital sales experience, but those with a related clinical training background (e.g., Clinical Specialist) are also encouraged to apply.
  • Full company and product training provided, with strong career progression and earning potential.
  • Full UK driving licence (maximum of six points).

The Package for Territory Manager

  • Basic salary: £35,000 - £45,000
  • Commission: 35%+ uncapped
  • Car: Fully expensed hybrid company car
  • Benefits: Pension, 25 days holiday + statutory holidays
