THE ROLE: The successful Territory Manager will be managing, winning and developing key clinical and commercial relationships within NHS and private hospitals, mostly within ophthalmology, EBME, estates and procurement environments. Main contact will be with consultant surgeons and other clinical staff and you will be supported by a Clinical Trainer. Full product training is provided and career and earning potential is very attractive for high achievers, especially as the company continues to grow.

REQUIREMENTS: Due to the specialist nature of the role it is essential that candidates have either surgical ophthalmic sales experience or have worked clinically within ophthalmic procedures.

The Package for Account Manager:
· Basic: £40,000 to £55,000
· Commission £14,000+ uncapped
· Car: Mercedes C Class / Audi A3 etc or car allowance circa £500p/m
