Territory Manager - Medical gas equipment and consumables
THE ROLE: As Territory Manager, the successful applicant will be selling a premium quality range of devices, equipment and consumables used for the accurate and safe delivery of gases within hospitals in the main, as well as some time spent within the industrial and marine / offshore markets. Typical contact will be with EBME, Clinical Engineers, Medical Physics and procurement. This is an interesting, varied and autonomous role with full ownership of your accounts and territory. Full product and company training will be provided.
THE COMPANY: A long-established (over 35 years), well-known and respected family-owned UK-based manufacturer of devices, equipment and consumables used every day in a wide range of hospital and industrial environments. Continued success and expansion mean that they are currently seeking to recruit a driven, credible and technically capable medical devices or equipment sales professional to manage and grow their business within the North of England (Birmingham up to Scotland borders).
Requirements
- Proven track record selling into EBME, Clinical Engineers and / or Medical Physics
- OR experience selling a technical product into hospitals
- Working knowledge of NHS procurement and tender processes
- Consultative, solution-focused sales skills
- A hungry and determined attitude to grow business on territory
- UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
The Package for the Territory Manager role:
- Basic: £35,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
- Bonus: £15,000+ (uncapped)
- Company car
