THE COMPANY: Established in 2014 and born out of a previous medical distributor the business has a diverse portfolio of products across Otology, ENT, plastics and Neuro. It is now a thriving medical distributor with a very experienced and passionate management team. They have ambitious plans to segment the product portfolio and give career opportunities to people wanting to specialise in a clinical area. They are looking for bright, experienced medical candidates to drive the business areas and improve their presence in the NHS.

JOB: A fantastic sales opportunity exists within a growing healthcare SME. As Territory Manager for the South Thames region, you will work across three established product areas and seek opportunities to upsell, cross sell and maximise the business presence in ENT, reconstructive plastics, and otology. This business is well liked and respected by clinicians, they offer great clinical resources, and the business is in an expansion phase to plenty of prospects for senor sales role in 12-24 month. Candidates will need to demonstrate a passion and aptitude for learning technical products and absorbing clinical information. Typical touch points in the NHS will include surgeons across ENT, plastics, theatre teams, procurement, ENT consultants, speech and language therapists and nurses. Tasked with growing an existing account base, this is an involved, hands-on role with daily travel across key centres in South London and surrounding counties. Someone who has sold across multiple departments in hospitals and who is happy selling capital equipment and consumables, upselling and cross-selling effectively within NHS trusts is a great asset in this role.

For this Territory Manager role, we are looking for the following:

  • Technical product or a solution sale into hospitals.
  • At least 2 years of territory management experience.
  • Able to build long lasting relationships.
  • Ability to sell across a varied portfolio.
  • Clinically driven salesperson

The Package for Territory Manager:

  • Basic: up to £60k (depending on experience)
  • Commission of £25k (uncapped)
  • Company car

The successful candidate will live on patch: South London, Kent, Surrey or Sussex area.
