Territory Sales Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Territory Sales Manager to take ownership of a high-growth region covering the North of England and Scotland. This is a field-based role is suited to a credible sales professional who thrives on developing new business, opening doors and building lasting partnerships within the aesthetics sector.
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of a premium portfolio of clinically proven skincare products alongside a fast-growing injectable range. You will work closely with aesthetic clinics, prescribers, medical professionals and skin therapists, using a consultative, evidence-led sales approach to support both clinical outcomes and commercial success.
The Role:
The Territory Sales Manager will focus on strategic territory development, identifying new opportunities and strengthening existing relationships across the region. You will position a respected, award-winning range of products while offering added value through training, marketing support and business development insight. This role combines new business acquisition with account development and requires strong planning, organisation and autonomy.
Requirements:
To be considered for the Territory Sales Manager role, you will bring relevant experience from within aesthetics or a closely aligned medical sales environment.
* Territory sales experience within aesthetics
* Medical device or dental sales experience
* Aesthetic clinical background or roles such as clinical manager, treatment co-ordinator or operations manager
* Confidence engaging with medical professionals and clinic owners
* Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills

The Package for Territory Sales Manager:
* £40,000-£50,000 basic salary
* £15,000 uncapped OTE
* Car allowance
* 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
