Territory Manager

THE ROLE: Drive new business across NHS and private hospitals in the North Thames territory, selling high-quality sutures and haemostats. You'll work with surgeons, theatre managers and procurement teams to grow market share. Full product training provided.
THE COMPANY: A well-established, growing manufacturer of competitively priced surgical products. With continued expansion, they are looking for an experienced theatre sales professional to develop key accounts and win new business.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
· 3+ years' surgical/theatre sales experience
· Strong understanding of the theatre environment
· Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
THE TERRITORY: Reading, Oxford, North Thames and Essex
THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary: £45k-£65k DOE
Uncapped bonus (20%+)
Company car or £600/month car allowance
25 days holiday + bank holidays
