The Role
As Territory Manager, you will manage and develop a portfolio of accounts across dental laboratories, hospitals and dental schools - ranging from single-operator labs to multi-site operations of up to 100 staff. Mostly managing and growing existing accounts, as well as a healthy amount of new business development. You will be responsible for retaining and growing an established customer base of 200+ accounts, identifying opportunities to increase product penetration across a catalogue that covers everything above the implant - from consumables and materials to capital equipment including scanners.
Candidate Requirements
- EITHER dental sales experience
- OR A Dental Technician, Treatment Coordinator or Nurse with the desire and aptitude to move into sales
- OR a field-based business to business sales professional seeking a new challenge
- Commercially driven, hungry and resilient - able to manage a large patch independently
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points

The Package
- £30,000-£40,000 basic salary
- £10,000+ OTE - uncapped, paid monthly
