THE ROLE:
As Territory Manager, you'll manage and grow sales of sports medicine and surgical equipment across hospital settings. Working closely with surgeons, theatre staff and procurement, you'll drive both new business and account development, playing a key role in increasing market share across Scotland.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience in sports medicine, orthopaedics or theatre sales
* Proven track record of success
* Strong relationship-building and commercial drive
* New business experience advantageous
THE PACKAGE:
* £40,000-£50,000 basic salary
* £28,000+ uncapped bonus
* Company car or £500/month allowance
