Location: Darlington / Stockton / Middlesbrough

Package: £35,500 basic + £7,000 commission + Company Car

The Role

As a Territory Account Manager, you will manage an established portfolio of customers across independent retailers, grocery stores, franchise outlets, and petrol stations. This is a highly visible, field-based role involving multiple store visits per day.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Driving brand visibility, availability, and market share within your territory
  • Educating retailers and in-store teams on product range, brand retention, and new product launches
  • Executing merchandising standards and in-store marketing activity
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with business owners, store staff, stock controllers, and wholesalers
  • Maximising revenue through upselling and account development

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence (ideally no more than 3 points)
  • Degree preferred
  • Willingness to travel as required
